It does, depending on which trim you select. As the name implies, both the Limited 7-Passenger and the Nightshade 7-Passenger trims have a third row to accommodate more passengers. The 2019 Toyota 4Runner has a total towing capacity of 2,268 kg. Be sure to research whether or not the trailer and cargo you have in mind are within the tolerance limits.
The 4Runner is, in fact, widely regarded for its off-roading capability. While all SUVs have a more robust build that is more rugged and tough than the average street-only car, that doesn’t mean that all SUVs are necessarily ideal for going off-road.
